I have known Claude Foley for 5 years now, and in recent times he has been helping my partner and I with a variety of technical and Internet issues. We are retirement age and are keen to continue learning today’s technology.

Claude Foley is a young man who came to our organisation, Wellington Seniornet, in August of 2017, and volunteered his service to help in our Monday “Help Centre” sessions.
Since that time Claude has turned up on a regular basis on a Monday, and has helped a number of our members with their computer, tablet, or smartphone problems.
He has learnt how to interface and communicate effectively with our older members which puts them at ease. He’s shown patience and a calm manner in dealing with the elderly.

Recently I approached Claude as I had bought a Smart TV . Neither my wife nor I could find our way around this new technology.
Claude explained to us in plain language and showed us how to retrieve the various apps that are available on the TV.
Claude also helped me with problems I was experiencing on my windows 10 computer.
